This hotel has it all: excellent staff and great service, a brilliant location just steps from the city, a secure and private car park, a pool and other amenities, and to top it all off, the breakfast was superb. Our stay at the Hotel du Chateau made our visit to Carcassone a pure pleasure. 」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.」

Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin avec un distributeur de nourriture et de boissons à l'accueil. Bcp de prises dans les chambres. C'est calme. Literie confortable. Accueil sympathique. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. 」

「Great location next to the fortress, excellent friendly staff, nice sized comfortable room and bed. Only complaint is there was not even a drawer to unpack any of your luggage. We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend. 」
