Climatisation

Bon séjour néanmoins aucune autonomie sur la climatisation qui n’a pas donné satisfaction une fois allumée par le personnel. Il faut demander à l’accueil de l’activer pour pouvoir l’allumer. Il faisait plus frais dans le couloir que dans la chambre !!!

Je recommande cet hotel que je pratique depuis quelques annees . Tres facile a trouver Gps et un parking symoa vaste . Accueil tres bien , des chambres suites tres belles et spacieuses , literie de qualité . Petit dejeuner tres bien terrasse ou interieur. Que des bonnes choses dans cet hotel , un veritable club accord qui merite une palme d'honneur . J'etais hier a cet hotel . Accueil et depart tres bien . Je Recommande cet hotel.

Accueil et chambre agréable avec des employés très souriant et agréable , bravo Salle de restauration avec peu de charme , Les plats sont joliment présentés , tarif un peu cher ( menu du soir plat+dessert 28€ auquel il faut rajouter 3€ pour avoir la pièce du boucher , 31€ pour une pièce de boucher et une assiette de fromage avec 3 tranches de fromage au choix , c est un peu cher . Choix de fromage parmi une 10aîe de variétés mais 3trancjes facturée à la carte 11€ c est un peu cher au vu de la taille des tranches Chambre agréable et spacieuse , même si on ne peu pas régler la température à notre convenance,( 25degre en chambre ) Petit bémol au moment de la douche j’ai dû faire couler l’eau plus de 20 min pour avoir une eau tout juste tiède , sachant qu’il fait 10 degré dehors

Bien. Toutefois, j'ai découvert tardivement qu'il y avait un supplément pour les animaux de compagnie: ma faute: il fallait aller chercher l'astérisque et les petits caractères à la 5ème page du "règlement"!

Dommage que la salle de sport ne soit pas plus grande et que les equipements ne soient pas plus corrects. Ils font un bruit horrible et sont désarticulés. Pour un hotel de grand standing cest decevant.

Très bon hôtel à Castres

Très bon hôtel, comme tous les mercure le service est de qualité et les chambres confortables. L'hôtel est spacieux et le petit déjeuner copieux. Idéal si vous recherchez un hôtel proche du centre ville sans les inconvénients inhérents aux petites rues de Castres.

Restaurant à eviter

La chambre etait tres confortable, spacieuse, la Salle de bain un peu petite, dommage qu on soit tombés sur celle avec une baignoire. Le service au restaurant etait decevant, l attente interminable, 45 min entre l entrée et le plat, on a failli repartir, les 3 serveurs sem,blaient débordés , cela nous agâché la soirée.
