"Couldn’t turn air on filters were so bad that it was lowering dust everywhere and so it was cold all night have pictures on the filters."

"This is the first hotel I have stayed at where there were holes in the towels. I thought maybe it was a one off, but the next day new towels were supplied and they had holes as well. I wouldn't classify this as a three star hotel, but more of a one/two star. Most likely will never stay again."

"The pool was amazing as always, so were the hot tubs. The sauna was awful- not hot and in disrepair. One of the benches was broken. Overall the property could use a little tlc. There was wear and tear in the room and our bathroom door didn’t stay closed unless locked and it was off the track when we arrived. I moved it back in place. The Keurig and tea kettle was great to have. Would be nice to have a few bottles of complementary water and a few more tea bags. It would be amazing if you had larger robes too for acceptability for larger bodies. Wish there was room service for breakfast. We have stayed here a few times and I would come back just for the pool. Also would be nice if you had water, coffee and tea available in the lobby as well. "
