「The front desk staff are less than helpful.」

「Good」

「clean room! great staff whenever we need help or have questions!」

「Wonderful location - we had dinner 4 nights on just this one block, with no repeats, and every place was excellent. The downside of course is that it’s a little noisy with nightlife, but nothing earplugs won’t fix!」

「Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK...

「Clean rooms , close to downtown」

「Fantastic location!Everything within walking distance. Safe area. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Host was prompt in replying when we needed to connect. A perfect stay for 3 nights.」

「Tiny but clean. Good location for exploring the city (20 minute walk to Old Montreal, 15 minute walk to Centre Bell) with a grocery store and cafe/bakery within 1-2 minute walk. Would stay here again for the price.」
