Our group of 4 had an excellent stay at the Mercer. The room was very clean and modern. Parking was easy and convenient, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had access to all amenities. Public transit was less than a block away. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is stunning! The pictures don’t lie - impeccably decorated and quite honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The front desk employees are lovely and extremely helpful. The location is a perfect spot - easy walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. Definitely we will be back! Thank you Mercer for a lovely stay!

Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK experience, but pests, no air con and kitchen hood and stove not working defeats the purpose of booking this room in the first place.

Perfect stay for families. Full kitchen and separate sleeping spaces make for a very comfortable stay with young children. We also appreciated the black out blinds curtains. Mattresses and bedding were very comfortable Less than 10 min walk to metro gives you access to all that Montreal has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary parking as well! We would absolutely recommend the Mercer hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, easy above ground parking. Had issue initially reaching out to Mercer to inquire about parking but finally got an answer and all worked out. Very clean, lots of towels and kitchen was fully equipped and Nespresso coffee in morning was lovely. Would stay here again!

I liked the area and proximity to old Montreal. However, the room was not advertised correctly. It was mentioned 2 king beds and one queen.....the third bed was not a queen but a double. It was also a sofa bed. Not what we planned for 6 adults. Also, there weren't enough chairs for everyone in the kitchen. Only 4 chairs for 6 people. The staff was nice enough to give me a rebate for the inconvenience.

Amazing Stay

What an amazing stay! Loved the condo. Very elegantly decorated and very comfortable. The condo is equipped for everything you need. We stayed one night to go see a comedy at the Bell Centre which was within walking distance. Loved the parking availability just across the street. I would definitely stay at his location for a longer period of time.
