「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「Great location away from the crowds. Quiet. Elegant hotel with a friendly and pleasant staff.」

「Muy comoda y amplia la habitacion」

「What a find in Florence! Converted residences into hotel style accommodations. Breakfast inclusion was a nice treat - rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a common sitting room to relax. Location is very central to all attractions. But the highlight was the staff! So nice, helpful beyond expectations - so fortunate to have found Peruzzi Residences.」

「Great location and excellent support for off-hour check-in. The lift is a plus!」

「This property was exceptional. Brilliant layout of rooms, meant we had a super relaxing time. All elements are of the highest quality, from the bed, to the shower to the comfy sofa. The nicest place we have stayed in.」

「Great location, loved the room, and the staff were great - friendly and very helpful. We will book here again when we travel to Florence.」

「This was some of the kindest and most attentive staff we’ve ever encountered! Truly went above and beyond for our family and made sure we were totally comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel - don’t hesitate to book! They will take care of you beautifully!」

「Everything is perfect .Highly recommend 💯」

「I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!」

「Location was perfect for attractions」

「Very Nice Staff, perfect breakfast and good, comfortable beds. Lovede it, and staten 2 more nights.」
