The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. "Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."

"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "
