Perfect long weekend in Czech spa

Very pleasant stay with very friendly staff. SuperB breakfast, delicious a la carte dinner. Spa services also of a high standard. Overall very good price/performance ratio. I will definitely return to this place.

Hotel staff was really helpful and has offered baby cot with no Fee for our child. The location and the park just outside are simply excellent, nreakfast was nice, but the only one disappointment was buffet dinner, as for me the variety of dishes could have been wider

A relaxing stay with minor room for improvement Our time at your hotel was completely pleasant and relaxing. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and attentive staff, who were always on hand with a smile and made us feel welcome. Many thanks for that! We also really liked the location of the hotel. It's in a quiet location, so you can relax wonderfully, but still close enough to the city center to easily reach everything on foot. The food was varied and generally very tasty. There was a good selection, so there was something for every taste. We really enjoyed the culinary moments. One small point of criticism concerns the spa area. Although it is practically designed, it is rather small. For a hotel of this category, a somewhat more spacious spa area would be desirable, as would a better description on the hotel website. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable overall, but you can tell that the carpets have been around for a few years. Replacing them would certainly give the rooms a fresher impression. We also missed storage space for our utensils in the bathroom, which made it a little less comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. With a few small adjustments, however, the hotel could become even more attractive. Many thanks for the lovely time.

Wir (Paar) waren über den Jahreswechsel im Hotel untergebracht. Negativ: Desaströse Organisation des Restaurantbereiches. Es kann vorkommen, dass man am "Empfang", der sich im Laufweg des hoch frequentierten Kaffeebereiches befindet, warten muss und es sich hier mit einer Vielzahl von Personen aufstaut. Dann läuft man quasi seinem Essen hinterher. Ständig sind Teile des Buffets leer, Besteck oder Geschirr fehlt oder der besagte Kaffee muss aufgefüllt werden. Generell ist der Speisebereich eher pragmatisch gestaltet und im Winter war es im unteren Bereich recht kühl. Die Qualität der Speisen würde ich als "normal" bezeichnen. Der Saunabereich ist im Prinzip ganz nett gestaltet, wenn die vielen Menschen nicht wären. Ein entspannter Saunagang mit anschließender Ruhephase war für uns nicht möglich, da es viel zu überfüllt war. Meine Frau ist gleich wieder gegangen und meine Ruhephase fand im Pool statt... Die Parkplatzsituation direkt am Hotel ist eines 5-Sterne-Etablissements nicht würdig, aber wir sind die 10 Minuten durch den Schnee zum wesentlich günstigeren Parkplatz am Hotel Bohemia gelaufen. Positiv: Schönes und stilvolles Objekt, welches kontinuierlich gesäubert wird. Jeder Mitarbeiter/ jede Mitarbeiterin ist freundlich und entspannt. Wir hatten beide Massageanwendungen, die auch sehr schön waren. Die Lage ist herrlich, mit direkter Anbindung an die Natur. Unser Zimmer in den oberen Etagen war ruhig und sauber. Wir würden das nächste Mal woanders unterkommen.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, und die Mitarbeiterin sprach ausgezeichnet Deutsch. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Betten allerdings etwas zu weich – die Matratzen könnten demnächst ausgetauscht werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte ich Geburtstag, und das Hotel überraschte mich mit einer Flasche Prosecco und einer Geburtstagskarte auf dem Zimmer. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Das À-la-carte-Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und hat uns sehr überzeugt. Beim Frühstück fehlte es etwas an frischem, aufgeschnittenem Obst sowie an einer größeren Auswahl gesunder Optionen. Im Restaurant könnten die Tische etwas einladender gestaltet sein. Es fehlte an dekorativen Elementen, und die Gardinen ließen den Raum zusätzlich dunkel wirken, wodurch die Atmosphäre etwas nüchtern erschien.
