Sehr schöne Bad-und Saunaanlage. Was nicht schön war, war der A la Cart Raum. 9 Tische in einem Raum ohne Fenster, keine schöne Atmosphäre. Frühstück war ok.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte nur eine durchgehende Matratze für 2 Personen, bei jeder Bewegung des Partners wacht man dadurch auf. Die Schließanlage hatte ihre Probleme, erst durch mehrfache Versuche des Personals ging am letzten Tag die Tür auf.und dann war auch noch der Safe defekt, wir konnten diesen nicht öffnen, erst das Personal könnte helfen. Eine ungünstige Häufung von Problemen.

Rentner Hotel

Für 150€ Übernachtungspreis hatte ich als erstes ein nicht gereinigtes Zimmer bekommen was wirklich so klein war das man selbst als zierlicher Mensch sich eingeengt gefühlt hätte. Nachdem ich dies an der Rezeption mitteilte bekam ich ein Behindertenzimmer mit einer Dusche wo man gleichzeitig die Toilette füllt da kein Vorhang etc.. Das Zimmer war Dunkel durch das kleine Fenster, sehr warm da es keine Klimaanlage gibt und wirklich lieblos gestaltet. Kam mir wie ein Krankenhausaufenthalt vor. Positiv ist nach dem Hotel der Übergang zum Schwimmbad und Saunabereich. Diese waren sehr schön und modern. Der Gang im Hotel dorthin war mit den Industrielicht und engen Gang war allerdings nicht sehr einladend. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, man kann aber Spiegelei etc. bestellen. 2 Marmeladen als Auswahl fand ich allerdings auch sehr einseitig. Preis steht leider überhaupt nicht im Verhältnis zu den Zimmern und dem Frühstück. Das einzig positive fand ich wirklich nur den Wellnessbereich für Kurgäste. Altersdurchschnitt definitiv 60+. Bewerte eigentlich selten und wenn dann nur wenn es gut oder wie hier leider nicht ganz so gut war. Leider keine Empfehlung von mir und ich werde nicht wieder kommen. Durch die permanenten Kurgäste aber sicher auch anderes Klientel erwünscht.

Es ist unglaublich praktisch, dass man mit der Zimmerkarte in das Schwimmbad gehen kann. Von 7 bis 9 Uhr nur für Hotelgäst und da ist es herrlich ruhig und entspannend.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend Das Zimmer sehr schön und ruhig. Leider war nur eine Buchung ohne Frühstück möglich. Dieses war für 16 Euro vor Ort zu buchbar. Dieser Preis ist leider völlig überzogen.

die Stimmungskanone und neinsager der dame im rezeptionsbereich (hotel) und der dame im Kassenbereich (Bad) ist aus meiner sicht fehl am platz (4 sterne hotel ??) es ging nichts womit ich an der rezeption gefragt habe sei es 1 blumenstrauss zu besorgen (meine frau hatte am nächsten tag geburtstag) die fernbedienung vom tv im zimmer war defekt und musste nur umgetauscht werden es konten keine termine gemacht werden für wellnes angebote waren irreführend und wenn die damen im wellnesbereich sagen (Waaas , und wir haben die mittarbeiter früher nach hause geschickt weil keiner etwas gebucht hat) da kommen einen doch die zweifel. ich fahre extra nach bad brambach wegen dem radonwasser und bekomme keine bäder obwohl ich es selber bezahle (ich bin Bechterew patient) und im internet war kein hinweis dass ich vom arzt eine betätigung mit bringen muss. ich weis nicht wie das hotel dieses wieder gut machen kann, ( 4 sterne ) obwohl es ist sowieso zuspät. mit freundlichen grüßen sven listing

Enttäuschend nach mehrfachen Aufenthalten

Nach mehrfachen Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel war keine Verbesserung in der Zimmerausstattung bezüglich der Bettensituation zu bemerken.Weitere Enttäuschungen waren: Zimmerumdisposition ohne unsere Zustimmung und Wünsche nur 1 Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer,wurde nur nach unserem Wunsch ergänzt. Unser Wunsch nach einer kleinen Flasche Sprite wurde durch die Empfangsdame mit der Begründung " das gibt es nur für Allinclusive Gäste" abgelehnt. Liegenbreite für 2 Erwachsenen ca. 1,40 m geht gar nicht, wenn man das Gästeklientel betrachtet,handelt es sich vorwiegend um hochbetagte und behinderte Gäste,dann ist auch die Liegenhöhe nicht akzeptabel.Nach unserem Aufenthalt in Bad Langensalza steht dies in keinem Vergleich zu Bad Brambach.Hervorzuheben war die stets freundliche und emsige Art und Weise des Restaurantpersonals bei überdimensionaler Belastung.

Zimmerbewertung

Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen zu klein geraten und unser Zimmer hätte einen neuen Anstrich bitternötig. Auch die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer haben wir schon besser erlebt. Ansonsten wären wir mit dem Service des Hotels zufrieden und der Zugang zur Therme vom Hotel aus ist einfach fantastisch, allein deswegen lohnt es sich dieses Hotel nochmals zu buchen.

Tiefenentspannung

Sehr ruhiges Hotel mit vorwiegend Senioren als Gästen. Mit Anfang 50 fühlt man sich wie ein junger Hüpfer. Der Übergang ins Bad und die unkomplizierte Nutzung haben uns gefallen.
