"This is my second time staying at this hotel in Taipei. Conveniently located in the Zhongshan district, it is near several points of interest including Nanjing-Fuxing Station and the Liaoning Night Market. Easy access to both the Xinyi/Songshan district to the East and Datong district to the West. The staff are incredibly helpful and warm, the rooms impeccably clean, and the space quiet."

"We were very disappointed with our stay. First, the staff confused us with another guest and made us wait an unnecessarily long time to check in. After that, we were told to park in the hotel’s car park, only to find that it was already full. We had to pay to park elsewhere for our entire stay. When we informed the staff, we were simply told that if there were no spaces available, we would have to find parking ourselves. This response was unacceptable. We booked and paid for a room that included parking, but the hotel failed to provide the service we had paid for. Better management and communication are clearly needed."

The swimming pool is small and the mall next door does not have much foot traffic. 3. The room lighting is sufficient but could be brighter 4. I got bug bites sitting on the cafe couch area 5. Overall a nice place to stay but for a grouchy person like me, it has room for improvements."
