Das Restaurant sollte beim abendlichen Buffet, insbesondere bei den Hauptgängen, seine Leistung steigern. Die Dusche befand sich irgendwie noch im Winterschlaf und tröpfelte eher. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich, das Hotel sehr gepflegt in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Passt der Preis zur Leistung?

Das Hotel bietet für den Preis pro Nacht einen normalen Service und Ausstattung. Leider öffnet der Thermenbereich erst um 9.00 h was bei festgelegten Frühstückszeiten zur Nichtnutzung am Abreisetag führte. Eher "ungewöhnlich" empfanden wir, dass das Servicepersonal und Hoteldirektor sich täglich ab 10.15 h am Buffet bediente und in einen Nebenraum zurückzog. Gäste und benutztes Geschirr wurden sich selbst überlassen. Vier Sterne plus?
