Rooms were clean and even had a microwave

「Overall, stay was very good. We had the suite which was roomy and clean. One negative is that we requested room service after our first 2 days but they never came. We were told that they were full and very busy so they didn’t get a chance to get to us. The breakfast was good but repetitive. It would have been nice if they had a different menu for those that were staying for multiple nights.」

「Check in was chaotic. Phone ringing off the hook, line in the lobby, and only one receptionist. Another person came in to help. Some people were having issues with no heat or hot water in their rooms and they were having to switch rooms. The Second Lady that came to help was super rude and short with one man needing to change rooms.
With the hotel filling up, due to spring break, the manager hiked the prices to $133. Crazy for such an unprepared hotel.
Thankfully everything worked in our room....
