「This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. 「We booked this at the very last minute after having to deviate from our ski touring plan around Saas Fee. The staff were really nice and friendly, the rooms clean and functional with nice views and the breakfast was excellent and really good value.」

「Hello I was very pleased with my stay here. The building architecture is very cool and it is build on the edge of a gorge. 「The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. 「The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend 」
