We had a wonderful stay at the alpenlodge. The room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast and service was also excellent. The whole lodge was beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again

This place was absolutely magical-even for Zermatt! I’ll go as far as to say that it has been one of the best stays of my life (all around the world). On arrival, we walked in to a lovely warmth and smell of bread/fruit (super homey). The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. The check-in was so quick (which was great after a long day of travel). The place is beautiful, well-kept, and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delectable. And the views of the Matterhorn are breath-taking. I would come back to Zermatt just to stay at this little piece of heaven. Thank you for such a great stay!

We had an excellent stay at Alpenlodge! The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Waking up to a clear view of the Matterhorn was a highlight of our trip. The breakfast was lovely, with healthy and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay memorable were the owners — incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They shared great local tips about Zermatt and even assisted with booking local taxis whenever we needed. Highly recommend Alpenlodge for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and warm experience in Zermatt!

The property was quiet and clean and felt very safe. Breakfast each day was wonderful. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the main parts of town but it was still very easy and safe. Our room had an incredible view and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great host. Very friendly. Rooms adequate. Some of the best views of Matterhorn from a guestlodge Price is according to this. Room would be a regular 3 star room. Would advise the cheese fondue for dinner. Breakfast spread very Swiss and delicious.
