My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Wellness Hotel Alpenhof while we were in Zermatt, Switzerland. The location of the hotel was very good, just a short walk to the train statin station, shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. Since we needed to check out at 5:45am to catch a 6:00am train they even had a bag of food for us to take with us. I would definitely stay here again

Hotel was very clean and lady that checked us in was super nice and very accommodating. The lady that checked us out, not so much..she wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to want to be bothered.. the lady in the spa that did my massage and facial was wonderful and very personable. We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast was really good with lots of choices… overall it was a good stay!
