「The water of shower is too small, and do not have enough hot water.」

「Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.」

「The front desk ms chau was attentive and helpful always inquiring if we needed anything for the room or from the health center to tours and directions. She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea」

「We had a lovely stay here. Diego the owner was amazingly helpful, answering every question and helping us with anything he could. The room was nice and clean and the location was very central. We highly recommend!」

「飯店人員服務超讚」

「Provided basic room with teeth brush and shower gel, but the bed sheet had small holes and towel had hole too. No heater, only electric blanket under the bed sheet. No elevator, but owner helped to move suitcase to u floor.」

「Property was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Staff and breakfast were lovely. The room was immaculate and very clean. We loved our stay. Will be coming back hopefully again soon.」

「或多或少都有小缺點、有好的、也有不好的，櫃臺小姐們很好、早餐的服務是有好的，但是有欠缺微笑，很可惜」

「Hotel was nice, bed was very comfortable, bed linen was nice & all the staff were wonderful, specially Me Cao at reception who was very thoughtful & attentive with all my needs. Wish i could have stayed longer」

「Lovely Hotel. Perfect room with excellent bath with a view Brilliant and helpful staff Would highly recommend if visiting Sapa」

「COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...

「Location to town centre and on site massage were great, staff were wonderful.」

「I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.」
