Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance.
I enjoyed my stay here at the amazing hotel. I had a good comfortable room with a good view, and I absolutely love waking up every morning and enjoying the all you can eat buffet.

Property is old. If you are really picky about cleanliness. Donโt book here. Itโs kind of hard to get to the hotel.

No shower in the room except bath tub but the water stayed in the tile area between the glass and the bath tub. The room is outdated.
strategic location at the middle of the town. staffs are super friendly and always go extra miles to assist. i want to thank you especially Mai from the front desk and Thao from the catering for their excellent service.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, however I believe the attitude of the hotel management was extremely rude and unfair this time and I would not go again.
We wanted to check in a few hours early which is common in this town because the trains arrive in the early morning. We were charged for a whole extra night. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.
Also when booking a pick up from the train station, they made us wire the payment in advance, not trusting us to settle our bill at check out like most other hotels.
Lastly, about 15 minutes before check out, we received call to our room telling us to check out. How rude is that? The same hotel that charged a whole day fee for a few extra hours also tried to get us to check out early?! I would not go back to this hotel.
I will add that the actual staffers at the hotel, like the front desk and the pickup driver were all very nice and professional.
It was an amazing stay with Amazing Sapa Hotel. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good especially storage and wash room that allows occupants to wash and fresh up after check out. I will definitely visit this hotel if I were to visit Sapa again. Thanksm
Horrible internet clean, good location. We paid extra for a view room and saw nothing because of fog. No problem- it happens. But being on the second floor was SO LOUD
Stayed in superior room and Junior suite. Junior suite was way better than the previous room. It has amazing view from room. Room was very spacious and clean. Turn down service also was regular. Bathroom was huge and nice tub. Shower area doesnโt have any screen, so water spills all over the floor. Balcony has amazing view. Book junior suite if you require spacious room and good view. Staff was ok but expected much more, as we came from Hoi An where we received outstanding hospitality in both hotels. Breakfast was sufficient, but again lacked in taste. Rooftop swimming pool was lovely as itโs heated and good for a short swim. Location is quite central and walking distance to variety of restaurants. Except the breakfast quality, I feel itโs a good hotel to stay for a couple of nights. And entrance road to the hotel is in terrible shape and needs urgent repair. Difficult for cars to get in easily. Itโs quiet and safe.
The hotel was nothing really fantastic but okay for our 2 nights stay. The reception staffs were not very courteous & obliging when we complained on the switches & night-lamp plug-in point settings on the head-board middle which were smack behing our heads & therefore electrical shorting risk & hazard.. After some lengthy discussions with the reception staff, maintenance guy & house-keeper, we realised the settings were supposed to be for a family room with 1 Queen & 1 Single bed & not meant for our Deluxe King Mountain View room. They just removed the 1 Queen & 1 Single bed & replaced with a Kind bed without taking a serious view to re-position the switches & plug-point in the head-board. After some further heated discussions for more than an hour & requesting to meet their Manager who had supposedly gone home for the day & thereafter viewing of 2 other alternative rooms, we finally decided to move to a family room. All-in-all, this episode left us some bad taste of their staffs attitude which is reflective of their management style & delayed our going out for sight-seeing for more than 2 1/2 hours.
