「Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.」

「Expedia didn t mention that dogs were not allowed anywhere in the hotel apart from the rooms. The manager ended up allowing us to have breakfast in the room as well as a cooked breakfast which is not allowed normally in the room. The breakfast was ordinary. We asked for missing cups and never got them. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were not replaced in the bathroom on the second day and the cleaning was obviously fairly basic as we found a tablet (medecine) under the chest of drawers. The...
