「The hotel room is modern and cozy, however the soundproof is terrible as I can almost hear everything from my next door, and the door of shower does not sealed properly so there is always a flood after each shower. I commented this to the staffs when I was checking out, and apparently it is a known issue if you are unlucky enough as myself to get one of the connected rooms without any prior notification.」

「Nice breakfast package and rooftop bar. Professional service and decent accommodation, should be amazing with river view. We were offered with drinks during waiting time of our room. Spacious and minimal room which is eco-friendly. Appreciate if extra chair and mirror are there. All in all, we have a comfort stay here and it’s definitely an accessible location to many places!」

「Nice sized spacious room. Comfortable bed and bed linen. Good number of power points for laptop chargers phone chargers etc. If I had to criticise it would be that the rooms are now looking a little dated and tired in places. Great location, lots of places to eat and very easy to walk from the hotel along the river and into the city.」

「Excellent location. Easy to get around with the Melbourne Central Station of the free city tram in walking distance. State Library is also 3-5 minutes walk away. Just the washing machines in the self laundry are not clean for use if you happen to need the service.」
