「Very clean, great hotel. Customer service was incredibly helpful!」

「Love how quiet and sleek the hotel is. Great location for getting around the city. Access to the bath house is such a treat, and the coffee/ bakery by reception is great too. Had to book an extra night!」

「I had some problems with the cleanliness of my room. The hotel staff helped to change the room. Thank you for their help.」

「Nice staff. The room is big and comfortable. It is just next to a light rail station but we can also walk to the airport bus station, market, CBD etc」

「nice room pls, well-detailed, functional and comfortable. convenient power outlets well-placed…In GR the Lighting controls could be more clearly identified and operated… The be is great but the pillow are terrible, too hard and too big… location is great. Bathroom and Shower design are good, BUT, shower head holder needs adjustment to stay in place…. Space for luggage is great - luggage bench, hanging and drawers all good. Overall decor fresh and contemporary! Well come back! JHM」

「Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.」

「Very comfortable mattress!! 」

「good」

「Great location with friendly staff. The room is cosy and clean.」

「I will be posting on Reddit about the absolute disaster of this place. Worst hotel experience of my life. Never stay here. They threw my items in the trash, lied to me constantly and many more adventures. Worst hotel on earth. There were many times I thought I had died and gone to hell.」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」
