Spacious rooms, clean bathroom and great amenities that are overlooked by many hotels such as large drinking glasses and coffee mugs. Great value for money and we will stay again.

Whilst the listing and info does mention the attached nightclub and associated noise, it doesn’t say it goes on until 4am (at least at weekends). The staff were understanding but I think clarity about the time the club closes and how loud the noise is should be more transparent.

Great location. Small tired room, uncomfortable beds and unventilated bathrooms. There’s a dance club opened on Friday and Saturday nights in the property. We were on the 4th Floor and could hear the music faintly. It got louder after midnight and ended at 3am. I’m not a light sleeper but was woken by music a couple of times.

There is a NightClub in the same building so we could hear the music all night. We were on the 6th floor and at the other end of the building yet could still hear the bass thumping all night. We were not aware of this until we turned up to check in which was too late to find somewhere else to stay. Room had some sort of fluid over the wall (maybe vomit) beside the bed. Bathroom clean, towels good size but old and thin. No face washers supplied. Interner Wifi worked well. Great location but wouldn't stay there again. Room configeration wasn't quite what we expected either.

For a City stay this Hotel is in a great location, being walking distance to both Flinders Street Station and Southern X. There is a great Bar above the Hotel that does great Meals also. 7th Floor surpsingly good also. Nice clean room with comfy bed. Staff at check in very pleasant to deal with. Swift check out.
