「Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. 「This was a lovely place to stay, the rooms were spotless and equipped, the service staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was a hit, fabulous selection and delicious. Also as a perk they gave my wife and I a free pass to take the bus, life and mountain train to take us to hiking trails. Also of note, the view from the sixth floor which is where the restaurant, breakfast and spa facilities are located is beautiful and the view outstanding !!!」

「Really good restaurant and breakfast. Staff Is very kind. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a Little bit far from our hikes in the dolomites but we knew it.」

「Nice staff and good breakfast. Hotel is very clean with modern facilities. Couldn’t expect more.」

「Front desk Joseph was a delightful person and being very helpful during our stay. The spa area is very clean. The dinner was delicious. Strongly recommended! 」

「The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy...
