「They have the most wonderful and friendly staff. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I gave four stars because on our last day the showers stopped working. When they did work, the water was brown. We finally were able to shower at 9pm, but it was a bummer after swimming at the beach and not being able to clean off. Other than that this resort is astonishing. 」

「Spent 10 days at the sunset stay from Canada Montreal. I really enjoyed my time. The people were friendly and helpful, as well as staff. 10 on 10 for room maintenance and cleanliness. I had no issue when usually do. I was hesitant at first because of the negative reviews, but obviously they wouldn't be happy if you cancel last minute... this is a business, and id be upset to. 10 on 10.」

「One of the worst experience! Bath tub drain was extremely slow and notified the manager the following day. He said he would have someone fix it but never did. We stayed there for 3 nights, having to deal with water backing up and felt very gross after taking shower. Dirty, gross bedsheet on the sofa bed. Questionable neighborhood. Definitely would not recommend!」
