"Clean room"

"The ocean was visible from the room and the spa was nice except it was in an old facility because are we doing the new one. That wasn’t explained when I booked the spa. Rim service was very bad two mornings. We ordered food and it never showed up waited over an hour. The hotel is very overpriced, and the staff is not efficient because they automatically include gratuity"

"Rooms were great. Pools were awesome. Beach was very nice. Entertainment was the same five dancers every night. Food was ok. We had a great time. "

"It was partial view of ocean,not full view. The room was clean but had some issues with shower."

"We had an unobstructed ocean view (I’m sure other views are available). Lots of dining options, and of course there’s a water park, plus 2 or 3 beaches to walk that are not as crowded. Lots of families with kids — which could be good or bad, depending on your preference."

"Rooms were not "recently upgraded". Old TVs with bad reception. Room needed paint job. Beds were comfortable, cleaning staff did well. Breakfast was so so. Affordable and easy access to Atlantis."

"Older rooms but clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were solid, especially the italian and seafood restaurants. The beach and pool area were relaxing and we enjoyed the paint and sip. Very convenient location with a shuttle to cabbage beach and easy walk into a cute shopping area around Atlantis. "

"Picture don’t seems to be correct. All lamps in rooms are dirty. Couch is completely dirty with stains on them. Found a small cockroach walking around bedroom. Bathroom got clogged 2x and all they did was give me a plunger to unclog it myself. Breakfast time isn’t bad. There is a lady on the entrance of the location that is getting people to go to another hotel for a showing of what seems to be a time share but in reality it’s to become member of a hotel chain which is going to cost you over $15k don’t go and she will sell you on getting free lunch and being at the best beach on the island. It’s going to cost you over 2 hours of your time and they push you to buying this membership. Just don’t do it. Only good thing about the holiday day inn is that’s it’s across the street from the beach and it’s really not a place for kids. "
