聖母大殿旁交通便利
離特米尼火車站很近，在聖母大殿門前，附近有hop on，房間床中間凹陷，強烈建議花15-30歐升等套房，房間大很多且視覺優良，早餐蔬菜少，每天都一樣，麵包種類豐富，沒有水煮蛋與煎蛋需要額外加價，其餘應該都還不錯

愉快的住宿体验
酒店经营有二十多年，装修得古色古香，颇具意大利气质。位置很好，离火车站2个block，紧邻圣母大教堂。豪华房风景很美。80+80cm宽的床，欧洲标准。早餐很丰盛。工作人员非常有礼貌，服务不错，帮我们预定了接机出租车。我们一共住了4晚，下次有机会还会入住。

Mecenate Palace Hotel是一家四星的老飯店,從Termini車站步行約5-10分鐘. 飯店人員很熱心,也免費幫我們保管行李! 在飯店頂樓吃早餐,可以欣賞羅馬的天際線是不錯的體驗. 這次有一間房間訂到套房,裝潢很豪華,內部有一間小客廳再來才是房間,隔音不錯.

Location is good. Breakfast venue is with good view. Staff in the roof top restaurant are professional. However, there is no escalator for apartments. House-keeping forgot to replace bath towel one day. The most disappointed was that we stayed there for 4 nights. After that, we needed to go other cities for a few nights before flying out from Rome. The hotel refused us to keep 2 pieces of luggages at the hotel which gave us a big headache to bring them with us all the way. And the staff addressed our question was not polite (a bit rude I would say).

Very helpful staffs and nice room. Convenient location with 10 mins walk to Rome terminal station. Nice view for breakfast in the rooftop restaurant but not much food selection.

鄰近火車站，酒店內部裝飾比較古舊但有電梯，房間不是很大。早餐非常非常好，食物種類多、美味、咖啡也很好，於酒店天台進餐環境優美。值得留意城市税為6歐晚/人。

The Reception staff attitude is rude. Non-Helpful!!!!! We have booked 2 night for this hotel. At the first day when we arrive, the reception said all the room at main building of the hotel are full, he arranged another building's room to us. And I can say that building is totally unacceptable, it cannot be described as a HOTEL, I can say it can just be described as a staff hostel (No Reception, No Escalator, The room and Corridor is very old, also I can see a lot of hotel staff and worker was in and out in this building, the bath room is very very dirty, I have attached the photo of the bathtub! A lot of Red Dot on the bathtub! Horrible!!! ).And we then go back to the reception and said we need to exchange the room and want the room in the main building of the hotel, the reception just said "No Room Available",we have no choice then, we still need to stay at that room for the 1st night. Actually we cannot sleep well for the whole night. At next day morning, we go to reception again and request for changing back the room to the hotel main building, the reception staff is not the night shift one this time and he accepted our request. The room on at the main building is much much better. And then I ask the day shift reception that why the night shift reception will arrange us to a "unacceptable hotel room" yesterday, their answer is "I don't know" but not "No room available". I really want to complain that night shift reception staff. What I can think is he discriminate Asian

We LOVED our stay here!! Walking distance to the train station, and all major attractions. The staff were awesome! So helpful and friendly. We lived our rooms. The rooftop restaurant and bar was incredible-the view and food were amazing. The breakfast on the rooftop was a magical experience. Can’t recommend this place enough.

このホテルは二回目の利用です。今回多くのホテルに宿泊しましたが、Romaの最後は、このサンタマリア大聖堂が真正面に見えるこのホテルに帰ってきます。 お部屋は狭くてかなり古さを感じますがメンテナンスされて使いやすくなっています。スリッパもありますし最低限の物は全てありました。快適な室温で過ごしやすかったです。

Hotel is located literally 5 min. from Rome Termini, safe, walkable area, surrounded by restaurants. Personal opinion, bed and mattress could have been better. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Rooftop will give an amazing panoramic city view.

今回、5泊お世話になりました。 部屋の内装も赴きがあり、いつも清潔で気持ち良く過ごすことが出来ました。部屋の窓からはセント·マリア·マッジョーレ教会の美しい姿が見え、幸せでした。 朝食は、11月だったのでルーフバルコニーではなく室内でしたが、眺めも良く、色々な種類のブッフェスタイルで美味しく、スタッフの皆様もにこやかで親切でした。 受付やポーターなど、ホテルのスタッフ皆様もにこやかで親切で、安心と信頼を持って過ごすことが出来ました。 テルミナ中央駅からも近く、さまざまな移動も便利でしたが、空港からの往復はホテルの送迎サービスを利用し、さらに安心して移動する事が出来ました。 ローマにまた滞在する際には、また是非利用したく思います。 本当にありがとうございました！

Cozy Stay in Rome
一人旅でシングル4泊利用。 昔ながらのとても良いホテルだと思います。 フロントの対応、朝食スタッフ、部屋の清掃、ベッドメイキング、その他サービス、サービスは全て素晴らしかった。 ホテルの軒先もまめに掃除していて、しっかりとしたマネジメントがされているなと感じられました。 テルミニ駅まで徒歩7-8分、周りにバス停もたくさんあり、地下鉄駅までも5-6分とロケーションも抜群です。 屋上テラスから見るサンタマリア・マッジョーレ教会はとても綺麗。 お天気の良い日なら教会を見ながらの朝食も楽しめます。朝食も美味しかった。 ローマに来たらまた泊まりたいと思います。

This hotel is directly across from the beautiful St. Maria Maggiore basilica. It has a roof top(6th floor) garden restaurant with a spectacular view. It is very centrally located to many sites, Trevi fountain, Colosseum etc. Rooms were very comfortable with a large bathtub to soak in after a long day of sightseeing. Also 2-3 blocks from the train station.

Enjoyable stay
The hotel is conveniently placed for both main termini rail station to and from airport. Also the metro station is about 100 metres. Rooftop deck has great views. Breakfast is continental style and pretty good. Evening drinks at the bar are a bit pricy as is the dinner. The drinks I would recommend as the views are spectacular. The dinner was less spectacular so you may consider dropping this from your itinerary. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Btw book your entry tickets long time in advance if you want particular times. Also try to go to Rome when it’s not too busy (if there is such a time). Go to the top of St Peter’s Basilica it’s really great. Consider dropping the Vatican visit as it’s so overcrowded it’s ridiculous and not enjoyable (watch a tv documentary instead)…

Very lovely room. Loved the lounge on the rooftop and the restaurant on the rooftop for dinner. Lunch with the outdoor seating was delightful. Courteous staff, and very helpful with calling in for taxi service. I would probably bring two chargers for plug-ins.

Close to train station. About 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. About an 18 minute taxi ride to The Vatican. Wonderful complementary breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Our deluxe queen room overlooked the Basillica Santa Maria de Maggiore and square where there was mass every night outside! We felt very safe here. Our room was large with double sinks. There's a great gelato shop right next door with several small restaurants around the square. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They arranged an airport van for our airport return (e60 in cash). The driver was early. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

新婚旅行でローマ滞在のために、 3泊泊まらせていただきました。 泊まったのはスーペリアダブルルームです。 景観は無し。目の前の教会が見える部屋では無く、鐘の音が聞こえる程度です。 年期が入っている感じはしましたが、清掃が行き届いていて清潔感はありました。 部屋の広さ的には狭く感じました。 2人のキャリーを広げると足の踏み場はありません。 お風呂はお湯の出具合や温度は申し分無し。 浴槽が洗面所との仕切りが少ししか無いので、かなり気遣ってシャワーを浴びました。 レストランの下の階だったからか、結構遅い時間まで毎日大きな音や足音が聞こえてきました。 朝食はとても満足でした！ パンが美味しい！ そして、テラス席からは素敵な景色が。 次泊まる時はディナーもこちらで食べてみようと思います！ テルミニ駅からは歩いてすぐです。 ですが、ガタガタな道が多いのでキャリーケースを転がすのが少し大変。 ですが、ネットで目にしたほどの治安の悪さは感じられませんでした。 バスも電車もすぐ乗れるし、体力に余裕があれば歩いてでも観光地に行けるので、観光するには最適な場所だと思います！ スタッフの方は丁寧な英語を話してくださり、理解しきれていない私たちにも一生懸命伝えてくださいました。

The rooftop bar was great and the views were wonderful. The hotel has great old world decor and charm. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was a rock. For the price of the room, you’d think they could upgrade the most important thing, the bed.

This was a pleasant surprise. We just wanted a property that wasn't too far from the train station, and this was much nicer than we expected. It's full of charm and character and the roof top bar was an excellent place to enjoy a drink.

el día 2 de estancia hubo un corte de luz, mismo que no nos avisaron ni en el check inn,al llegar en la noche ni al otro día y estuvimos en contanto con la recepción en repetidas ocasiones, cuando reclamamos, en lugar de ofrecer una solución nos grito el gerente muy molesto porque el anuncio estaba impreso en una hoja carta sobre el front desk. No era nuestra obligación leerlo, ademas que solo estaba en italiano y en ingles, el señor fue tan grisero que se metiío añ baño de mujeres y no hizo señas de groserías, el aventó el documento para que lo viéramos a lo que mi amiga se lo regresó de la misma manera. el señor amenazó con llamar a la policía¡¡ que pena porque el resto de los empleados fueron corteses y el hotel es muy lindo. The Mecenate Palace Hotel has a lovely ambience with a warm friendly welcome by all the staff, especially Lianna at reception. Our room in French Provincial decor had stunning views of the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica which enhanced our visit immensely.

The property was only ok.. tired and I am sure in it’s day was nice. Off the beaten path and the area did not feel safe. Nice roof top bar. The front desk staff (all) were the rudest people and made us feel that they were doing us a favour. Would not recommend.
