Hi Emor, i'm sorry you experienced rude people, unfortunately we can't force people to be polite. We offer basic facilities, all the extras are not included, of course in you are staying in a shared dorm, in a private you have all the facilities included, It's always up to the experience you are looking for. By the way we are not an Hotel but a Hostel, that's is quite different! I can assure you that the area could looks strange, because of the different cultures living in the area, as in all the big cities, is common meet drunk people late a t night in all the cities, not only close to our Hostel. Next time make sure you book a place that reflects your needs! All the best

Dear Guest,We’re sorry to hear that your stay with us was not as pleasant as you were expecting. Our prime location is situated near the Central station, which is multicultural but not unsafe at all. For the towel, we state on our website, that the towels are included just in the private rooms, so it does not come as a surprise to our guests. As for the handle, the issue could have been reported at the reception as our staff would be more than happy to assist you. We do hope for another chance to demonstrate the high-calibre service we're accustomed to sharing with our guests.
