「All staff were very polite and helpful. I liked they responded my questions quickly by messages. Good location to go to Ortigia, also to Neapolis. Room was spacious and very clean. We loved our stay, however we didn't feel luxurious as a five star hotel. 」

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...
