「The owner Gaitano, made our stay in his B&B very pleasant. He greeted us warmly on our arrival. We communicated via WhatsApp regarding arrival time and parking and that all went smoothly. The room/ bed/shower were satisfactory and clean. Breakfast was nice. Gaitano was very helpful in providing information to help plan our sightseeing. 「Valentina was so very lovely and helpful. She was very informative as well. The property is very beautiful and a great location. My only criticism is the sound the doors make when you unlock the room door. It’s a very load electronic buzzing sound. Late at night you can hear other people coming in late because of it. The room we were upgraded to was very beautiful and much appreciated. The bathroom walls and ceiling looked like they were just patched up but not painted. The rooftop is beautiful...

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...
