"As always. Holiday Inn Express has done it again. Great front staff and room was clean and cozy. Pool was a plus and awesome breakfast. IHG is our go to for great stay. Thanks again."

"Very clean and beautiful hotel with gorgeous photography on the walls. Staff all very friendly and rooms are clean with plenty of storage. Lighting in the bathroom is great. Coffee shop, bar, restaurant and spa all on sire. Pricey but convenient if you need those services. Walkable to many dining and entertainment options. Security guard was awesome and took some great pictures of us around the hotel. Charcoal hand soap in bathroom is a terrible choice, beds are hard and uncomfortable. They set out fancy trays of snacks and alcohol but then charge an arm and leg if you eat or drink any. Vallet parking staff sent a text message to us telling us not to have OUR handgun out in the cab of OUR car (it was in the pocket of drivers side door, not just laying out in plain view) and they moved it without our consent. Do not touch anyone’s firearm without permission. We may or may not stay here again based on high prices and the vallet issue"

"The hotel offers a very good breakfast, and acocktail hour. Having parking included in the room rate was also a nice benefit. However, the property is showing its age in several areas. The elevators were quite noisy, and despite having four elevators, one was consistently out of service during my stay. The bathroom doors also appeared worn and could use refinishing or replacement. Beds and pillows are comfortable. It appears that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is encouraging. Hopefully, these updates will address some of the issues and improve the overall guest experience in the future. Overall, the hotel feels somewhat outdated at the moment, but it is still one of the better options in the area and offers amenities that make it a reasonable choice for this location."

"The staff was friendly and checking in was a breeze. I loved the clean room and comfortable bed. Waking up the next day was difficult lol. Not to mention the hot tub in the room was everything!! Loved it and every part of my stay. I will definitely be back!"
