Front desk gentleman was excellent. We called ahead about a check in question and he had everything set up for us and remembered our names when we arrived. Great customer service. The bed was very comfy! Breakfast had a good variety.

Don’t judge a book by its cover from the location I was worried but once we got in from the checking to checkout it was the best. The room itself was simple clean and immaculate. Pop the earbuds in and you sleep soundly. The best part was the hotel let us leave the car in the parking lot as we went to run the marathon can’t beat not hassling in the morning hours when you are on borrowed time.

The bed was comfortable and I slept good but my room was not cleaned during my three day stay. The first day looked like someone cleaned very little and my bed was not made. I understand saving water etc., but they did not remove the dirty towels I had on the floor or clean my room. Again the bed was not made. The food was ok.

Visited Indianapolis for the nascar race and stayed here just overnight. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located in an industrial area of town with lots of people wandering around nearby, many appeared homeless. The breakfast was average. Overall, it was good for a quick stay!
