"Nice hotel. Easy parking. For older updated hotel they did a nice job updating it. Made it look trendy and cute. I would stay here again."

"Despite still being expensive for a room, the bar was closed as it was "off season' the pizza restaurant Closed Sunday and Monday too. All that was left was a cafe style restaurant with just OK food. A real shame as the location was good. Parking Very good though and pool seemed nice. Very small centre to Lake Louise but we should have researched. Sadly without the bar and proper restaurant open, it wasn't great value. Not terrible, just disappointing."

"Our unit was quite nice. Spacious clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant. Low quality meals and very expensive. I’m quite sure our pizza was from a box and not handmade and cooked in a stone oven. Amenities were ok though the indoor hot tub was being renovated."

"The only reason to stay here is if you are interested in the spa - otherwise choose somewhere else in town to stay. The is a constant "upsell" mentality - there is even a statement in the room trying to entice guests to invest in their spa business. The room was beautifully decorated. The à la carte breakfast is a bit pricey."

"Our stay was excellent. I loved that the hotel is located at the quieter end of the strip, which made it feel much more peaceful and relaxing without the noise and crowds. The hot pools were spacious and beautifully maintained, and the overall property felt modern, clean, and well cared for. The views were spectacular! Waking up to the mountains were amazing. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better."
