"The location and the room we had were very spacious. The hot pool is very good. We wish there was a regular pool to cool off after, but otherwise, it’s all good. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel again. "
"Staff were all amazing, the room was super clean and the bed was amazing!! They have lots of activities to enjoy while you are there as well as a beautiful pool and hot tub area!! The bed was amazing best night of sleep in a long time ❤️"
"Our front desk check-in attendant was amazing. Unfortunately, we did end up needing maintenance for a "small" issue and they were nothing short of fantastic. So nice and accommodating. We made last minute reservations and were granted an adjoining room to meet our family needs. The accommodations were great...from pool to game room to lounge area. Would highly recommend...especially if wanting to stay in a non-chain type hotel. "
"Mr Harsh the manager was fantastic. Extremely helpful and courteous. The property was very good and staff was nice. Pricing was reasonable as compared to other properties. I would love to stay there again. "
"We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Canmore! It’s a quiet and cozy place right in the heart of town. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, a gas station, and many beautiful spots for photos and walks. The area is peaceful, with amazing mountain views all around. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in the Rockies!"
"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "
