"Good location , not in town but very close to Banff. They offer free shuttle to Banff so you don't have to deal with the traffic. Restaurant is OK , staff is helpful, and location is very nice , beautiful view , close to a small lake to sit and relax. The place would need some up dates but room was clean and big enough for 2. Jacuzzi did not work ( the jets), some people soaked in the hot water, but we did not. The water has dirty , we could see "oil flakes" floating in it and sand on the bottom, but over all we liked it and I would recommend this hotel."
