「Didn’t start off great with our room not able to cool down and the heater wouldn’t turn off. But they moved us to a better room. Overall great experience. 」

From before arrival with concierge making us excellent dining reservations at Westbank Grill and Snake River Grill. At ski concierge, it was all made so easy for us and we were out on the slopes in no time. We are grateful for Four Seasons and enjoy all of our stays. 」

「The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.」
