「Rooms were large and nice, Front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. Breakfast was a bit light but good. Only down fall were the heavy running foot steps of kids in the room above us but it was ok. The hall way carpet needs replaced heavy stains through out. But we will be back」

「The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture.」

「Whover is doing the maid service is doing a great job for what they have. The problem is not with clean sheets or towels but with maintenance. There were no functioning lights in the bathroom, I had to use my flashlight. Wall socket was loose. The carpet appeared to have been cleaned but there were red stains like wine had spilled on the carpet. The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock. This could be a fine place to stay with some care.」

「I would definitely stay at this place again. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom, which had two bathrooms, a living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The room also had a washer and dryer which we used daily. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and being able to clean my son's uniform was a blessing!」

「The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it. 「This was a lovely place, our son and daughter in law got married at the near by River Bottom Ranch. There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. The property had everything you needed on-site food, coffee shop, pool and amenities. I will be back and need to visit the spa!」
