「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Right on top of the old town center ski lift and Main Street. Fantastic location. We had a problem with the hot tub which took a couple of days to fix due to some miscommunication by staff.」

「This unit is located in the perfect location for our family. It was ski-in/out, right by the ice skating rink/food/transportation. The condo was perfect for our family of four, with two bathrooms and a large bedroom that fit us comfortably. The only thing I wish it included, was laundry detergent, as there is an in-unit laundry available, but no supplies (need at least 1-2 for the week stay).」

「Check-in was quick and easy. Very helpful staff. Parking was great. Located directly in front of cabin with plenty space. Cabin was perfect for the 3 of us. We were not able to utilize the wood fire pit due to the winds but they did provide propane fire pits for free which was very nice. It’s a great little staycation or rest stop for those passing through. 」

「Let me start by saying that if you book this condo via Hotels.com be prepared for aggravation and to be on your phone for hours attempting to get the unit number and code to access the unit. Hotels.com has no information other than a phone number for another management agency, Vacasa.com. It was a nightmare getting to finally talk to anyone who knew what was going on (at Vacasa). 「Nice place to stay in Park City. The property is slightly dated but provides everything you need. The bed was comfortable, amenities were plentiful, and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is that the wood provided for the fireplace was super wet and wouldn't light. 」
