*Had to search for tv remote. Finally found under couch. *Light over sink in kitchen burned out. *Light in bathroom over sink alternately flickered. Maintenance guy said “wrong king of bulbs installed”. *Ice maker in freezer broken. You can hear going off, but no ice produced. No ice cube trays. *No lighter for logs. *Only 3 luggage carts for entire place. Could not locate any to help us get our bags to our room. *No clean towels provide for a week!! *No sponge for sink *Sheets kept pulling up from corners of mattress (like the elastic is old)

It started out a little rocky because the only elevator that went to the 5th floor that we were on was out of order, and the person on duty did not tell us that, nor did she give us other options, which, after trekking all over carrying luggage, we finally figured out. And we didn't know that some of our party would have to park quite a ways from the hotel. But once we got things settled and figured out, our stay was quite good. The room was comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom was interesting though, with a step up to get into the bathroom and the TV mounted on the same wall as the bed, so you had to lay backward on the bed to watch it. Overall, the property was great, and the location was great!

Horrible never get back to that hotel, the room smelled dampness very disgusting , refrigerator very noisy, heater did not work very cold night, and the worst a very strange thing - a razor on the bed that almost cut my foot, was a terrible experience and they only change my bed because I ask for that I think I need a refund.

Love this resort! We have stayed here twice and both times have been amazing. It has a lot cabin feel and is so cozy and relaxing!!! The room had a big kitchen, nice bathroom, and tons of space. Only thing I would say is the rooms and resort need to be updated, but other than that - it is great!

Building was run down, Very little secured parking. No air conditioning. Parking lot view. Warped Bed. Terrible customer service. And they rented the room to me, and woke me up with jack hammers and saws renovating the room next to me. I couldn’t sleep or hear my wife when she was right next to me. It was the worst. The only good thing was the pool and sauna.

The king condominium is truly spectacular. The bathrooms were amazing, the bed is super comfy, the room is stocked to the brim. I didn’t realize it was so spacious until I walked into the room, definitely huge for 2 people but would be awesome with a group. The only thing that was a little off about this stay was the parking. My truck wouldn’t fit under the underground parking garage, so I had to park in the parking lot, except there’s very very limited parking spots. We had to wait for people who parked in the lot who didn’t have parking passes to move their vehicles so we could park there. Other than that, it was a wonderful and comfy stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The stay was nice but we had two vehicles. Apparently you are only allowed one vehicle per stay. This was a big inconvenient since we then had to try and find another spot to park over night. The front desk recommended China Bridge but after checking them we found no parking from 3-7am. We eventually just gambled on leaving a vehicle at a LDS church hoping it wouldn't get towed, even though there were available parking spots open. We would of gladly paid extra to have an additional parking spot
