「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」

「Good location. The room is quite big but the light is a bit dark, sometime the toliet is a bit dirty. 」

「Overall wonderful stay. Beautiful property, very clean, great location walking distance to bars, restaurants, groceries, Fenway, lovely parks, and a ~20 minute walk to the convention center. Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Will definitely stay again when we're back in Boston.」

「The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The windows are highly effective at blocking out noise from the busy street. As advertised, there is no elevator and no stove, but the air fryer provided is very convenient. The space is clean and quiet, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The hallway luggage lockers were a lifesaver. What could be improved: - A full-length mirror or one in the hallway would be beneficial. - Providing communal-size body lotion, similar to the...

「雖然沒有衛浴，不過一層樓有4間衛浴，且幾乎每次去都是滿乾淨的，感覺幾乎定時都有打掃。另外沒有冰箱是比較麻煩的事情，微波爐要到地下室，3樓同層有隱私住戶，要注意不能跑去。房間很乾淨，床也很舒適，覺得算是很高CP值的，還有準備包包可以帶去浴室，覺得都還ok啦！因為乾淨所以滿能接受的。不能接受也是有房間有衛浴，訂要看清楚。下次一樣會選擇再住的。離地鐵約10分鐘，斜對面有7-11。」
