I always use maverick suites when I visit my daughter in college in Boston. Great value, clean, good communication, and the best and most charming locations around the city!

Shower was the worst. Limited kitchen supplies. Clean and comfortable. Never did get guidance on accessing the tv. An extra blanket would have been helpful. 4 flights of stairs with luggage was a challenge. Good dining options and locaiwas convenient.

Cool tiny little place. Literally the size of a bedroom, but fantastic. Historic brownstone that does the job. Easy in and out, cool bar named Anchovies within a block. Bluebike station right out front makes it easy to traverse the city.

It was so easy to contact Maverick suites and they prompt to address questions and concerns. Our suite was on the 3rd floor so it is important to be able to navigate stairs. We did have issues with the wifi but they helped us out. We loved the area! It was so convenient for transportation around the city and getting to the airport. We actually could walk downtown.

Great location. Lovely, quiet historic neighborhood that was very close to busy sights of interest. Good communication from the management service. It is in a townhome so you may need to walk up a few flights to get to your apartment which wasn’t an issue for me but may be for others. Furniture and rooms were clean and in good condition. My only concerns have to do with the property conditions. The stairs are uneven and slope in some places (these are historic homes!). The bathroom had holes in the wall where previous toilet and towel bars were, but replaced with differently sized bars; the holes hadn’t been patched or painted.

Nice room, but sounded like a hospital ward

If you have trouble sleeping through loud beeping, you'll want to find someplace else to stay. The room itself was very pleasant: just enough space for two people to enjoy a long weekend, with a small but very serviceable kitchen (fully stocked with both cookware and servingware, stovetop, microwave, and sink), a little table for two to eat at, and a sofa to lounge on. The bed was hard, but not unusually so. The real trouble was the alarm system, which was located just outside of the room (past a poorly-sealed door, that allowed both light and sound without much impediment). It beeps VERY LOUDLY every ten seconds, 24 hours a day, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. That's what made the room sound like a hospital ward: the incessant beeping noise, alway present, always noticeable, always driving one just a little bit mad.

The suites are run well. The location was excellent. My aparrment was facing the backyard and was very quiet. Furniture was basic, but plenty of room for everything, so quite good. In the kitchen, one stove burner did not work. The shower is too basic to be enjoyable. The bedding was terrible, with hair on pillows. Thought the quiet hours are well respected, the units are not sound proof at all - i could hear everything going on in the adjacent unit. The steep stairs without elevator were an additional let-down.

Ooh the walls are not soundproofed at all! I could hear everything guy in the next room was doing. And I mean EVERYTHING! They leave earplugs by the bed and now I see why! Also the tv wasn’t great with hardly any working channels. All food otherwise.

Biggest problem was that I never got the email with the access codes after checking in online. The place has no personnel on site, so I couldn't get in when it was really cold outside. Had to call customer service, where it was resolved. Within a few minutes. I could hear pretty much everything that went on in the room next door, and even when people just went up and down the stairs in front of my room, I could hear everything. The view out of the window is pretty terrible. It's basically just looking into other peoples' pretty wild back yards. Perhaps in the summer it looks a bit nicer.
