Great property in a great location. Tons of food options nearby. Walking distance to Target and Whole Foods. Easy access to the Blue line. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Boston common is just a block away. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

There only a few things I require from a hotel. Hotel Maverick Suites at 40 are clean, quiet and reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay there immensely. A bonus was their convenient location.

I have never stayed anywhere so noisy in all my life and I travel a lot. It wasn’t street noise but blaring TVs at 2am, toilets flushing, shouting people inside the building. They did provide earplugs but at times these were not enough!!! No housekeeping during a 3 night stay, ran out of coffee and shampoo. Have stayed in better hostels!!!

Pretty street and house. Room a bit pokey but hey: heated bathroom floor! Couldn’t find the light switch for 2 minutes and the walls are thin. Can’t be perfect for such a great price. It suited me great!

Small with stellar amenities in a great location. Parking is impossible, so if you are driving in, plan to add $70 to this stay for that expense. Will definitely be back.

Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to TD Garden. The bathroom hook is not accessible for non- tall people and another mirror outside of the bathroom would have been nice. Regardless I would stay here again.
