客室が広く、ゆったりくつろぐことができました。風呂トイレは共用でしたが、ある程度清潔で不便はなかったです。しかし、ドライヤーが無いので泊まる方は注意してください。キッチンは利用していませんが清潔で広かったです。ボストンコモン目の前で地下鉄も徒歩2分であり交通の便は最高でした。

We were very happy with our stay! The shared bathroom/shower was never an inconvenience with other guests. The room and general building could have been maintained, but for the price and location, we did not mind. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two people.

The hotel is good, location is perfect for everything, it's literally next door to restaurants and pubs and half a block away is literally the park. One minor thing was (and it wasn't a problem), the AC unit, it's working properly but it's also probably the reason why our room was a tad bit warm, but all in all, I would recommend this place for any travelers to Boston... thank you for having us.

The maintenance of the room was very poor: stains, rust, dust, wobbly taps and towel racks, old paint, etc. Cleanliness: stains on carpet, dust everywhere, long hairs on pillows. Upon check in the room was organized, but no deep cleaning was apparent.

I made an account just to leave a review to warn others. Undoubtedly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Communal bathrooms - which is NOT clear in the booking process. the bathrooms, the rooms, the commons areas, and the walkways are putrid and dirty. Water in the shower was ice cold. Genuinely such a deceptively misleading booking process, terribly maintained, and overpriced. It’s basically a worse hostel. Don’t bother with this spot.

Super convenient in downtown Boston, and the self service check-in/checkout was great. Communication was absolutely outstanding. The room was exactly what we expected… Small,, tidy, just enough. Hot water for the shower was nonexistent though. And while we appreciate the coffee pot and pods, there was only decaf (nobody drinks decaf!). We would stay again, but fingers crossed for the hot water.

The apartment was very clean and the location very convenient to shopping, the Commons and there’s a great cafe right across the street. The kitchen was fairly well equipped except my unit only had 2 spoons. One improvement would be the addition of some dish towels in the kitchen. I had a great stay and would stay here again.

The Suites are a great spot, centrally located downtown. Easy access to mass transit, zero street noise, and very secure rooms. Shared water pressure/hot water can make having a consistently hot shower a bit of a gamble, but the shower are private, with locks.The room was very private, one window facing another building and wasn't facing the bed. The bed was comfy and the room was cozy with soft lighting. Three levels of secured doors making it very safe for a single traveller. Would recommend for those younger travellers who are "no frills" types.

It s have to be on RBNP listing not under hotel name The carpet is smelling it has been molding on the wall The appt on 6 floor but the elevator rich up to 5th floor. I don’t feel comfortable at all in the apartment.

Great location for this property. Definitely a low frills sort of place but such a convenient location-within walking distance from the Amtrak station. Convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to get to in Boston. Easy walk to Boston Common, Newbury Street, Beacon Hill, North End. Management was very responsive when we checked in and noted there was an issue with the heat and we needed a few more towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Some great options for food really close by. It was nice having a little more space than a hotel room for our family. Would keep this place as an option if you are coming to Boston, want to be centrally located, and don’t have a car.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The electricity in my room went out on the first night and when I contacted the front desk, they told me to fix it myself because they had no electrician. No electrician. At a hotel. I then had to wait an unreasonably long time just to be moved to another room. Second night, electricity goes out AGAIN. I notify the property and they simply stop responding. Completely ghosted. Spent the entire night with no power and zero support from staff. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.
