"Great hotel option near Universal with strong value for the price. The quality of service and overall accommodations were very good, and the staff throughout the property were consistently polite and friendly. One point of concern is that Expedia advertises this hotel as offering complimentary breakfast, which is inaccurate. While there are three on-site dining options available, none are included in the stay. Additionally, our experience at the upstairs bar and pool area was less positive. Some staff members were quite strict regarding pool hours and denied my son access during our final evening. Given that it was only 6:00 PM and my son has special needs, a small accommodation—such as allowing an additional 15 minutes—would have been greatly appreciated."

"Room was adequate, bed was comfortable, handicapped bathroom was well laid out and easy to use as an ADA person. Lots of road noise and children playing. Pool is open late. "
