「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....

「Lovely hotel nice rooms staff really nice. There was a wedding in which did mean music until late that you can hear the booming of in the bedroom and later drunk people on corridors being loud and In car park raised voices due to too much drink. I would stay again 100% as loved the hotel but would check to ensure no functions as too noisy with music till late then drunk people that aren’t considerate of other guests 」

「Nothing extraordinary. If you are expecting air conditioning because it's an American chain, nope. Room is decently large and stairs are wide. Be sure to register your license plate to avoid fines.」

「Clean, quiet and nice for a family. Swimming pool is good, kids times appropriate. Breakfast was also full and delicious, everything you expect. The shower hose was leaking in our bathroom, but it did not make much inconvenience. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. 」

「I booked a twin room and ended up getting a double not great when you are staying with your 16 year old son but the hotel did sort out a camp bed for one of us to sleep on the hotel staff did a great job sorting that out with no trouble so I take my hat of to them for that but it would of been nice to have got the room type we had booked would definitely stay again very modern hotel great value for the money 」

「Very little food nothing said the only small cafe closed very early so it’s fine if you don’t mind Mac Donald’s in the evening but anything else you can’t have. And nothing open for non fast food until 10am」

「The staff, and locals made me feel so welcome. I stayed overnight for business and was perfect. As a single female I was doubtful, but wow I was blown away with the kindness of all. Room was spacious, comfy bed, bedroom and bathroom was spotless. I would definitely stay again. Car park is safe. They are also dog friendly which in my eyes is 10 out of 10. The food arrived piping hot, and home cooked. 」
