「The staff were excellent and very accomywith out children. Sadly the room was not really 4*. The extra bed was very old and couldn’t actually sleep in it. The tv did not work and with 2 children was a bit of a disaster as we had promised them tv before bed. Jacuzzi didn’t work and has not for a long time apparently but it wasn’t communicated to us . Sheets had marks on them. Staff throughout the hotel were excellent and food in evening was great. 」

「A comfortable stay overall. The room was a little tired and the room doors don’t keep sound out, which might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Service was very friendly. Food prices were shockingly high… £17.50 for a club sandwich is what I’d expect to pay at a 4-5* in London. The Salutation across the road is a much better choice for food. If you just need a comfy bed for the night then it’s still a decent choice. 」
