"The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! One minute you're looking at clothing, then alligators, then boats, then fish. The place is filled with really great details to make you feel like you're emersed in an actual swamp. We stayed 3 nights which was perfect to mosey around the property and have 1 day throughout Memphis. Would definitely recommend!"

"Staff was friendly.Check-in was busy,but handled very well.The hotel,including room,was very clean and updated.Breakfast and 5:30'get together' was excellent. There is nothing to complain about at this hotel. Note:if coming in from interstate,be in the far left lane as soon as you cross the bridge."
