「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「Its a bit expensive compare to other hotels in Lido, but I just love their beach! The free shuttle to Venice is very convenient and comfortable. I've booked a sea view room but the balcony is not really big, so better save that money to book a normal room instead. The breakfast was excellent and they even have 4 kinds of milk to choose from (but it cost extra 25 euro). A luxurious experience to spoil yourself!」

「Great location. 3 minutes walk from water bus station; one supermarket and one cosmetic shop nearby in the alley; two minutes walk from main street; lots of restaurants to choose. Fair price to stay in such a great place.」

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. 「The hotel, pool, staff and room were perfect. The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing, loads of fresh fruit all brought to your table. My only complaint was that the bar charges for drinks were really random. One time a tea was €5 then it was €8 the same for orange juice, it was like they made up the prices, everything else was perfect! 」

「Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. 」

「酒店旁边的餐厅 味道巨好 我开车去的，所以查的时候 选的是有停车场的 第一次去威尼斯也不懂 比较二 以为可以开到酒店。 我们停车的地方到酒店两公里吧 各种桥要搬行李 酒店没有电梯 但是服务态度不错。钥匙上坠的东西巨重，因此酒店会让旅客出门前把钥匙放他们那保管。」

「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...
