「A nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The pillows were overly firm, a "pillow menu" is available but we arrived late and decided not to use this. The air conditioning actually workd and cooled the room to the point where I had to increase the temperature and turn don the fan speed. The breakfast tasted amazing, nicely cooked food that hadn't gone dry even by 9:30! All big wins - thank you」

「I stayed only for a single night to watch the play off final at Wembley but I found the room more than suitable with good proximity to bus stops from and too gerards cross.」

「The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside. 「I've stayed here a couple of times and it's a pretty good hotel, it's basic and could do with a couple of pictures to break up the white walls in the rooms. My room was clean and tidy, clean bedding and a decent size. Although it definitely needed maintenance to go in and give it a bit of a going over. Curtains needed re hanging and for some reason in the middle of a hot spell the bathroom heating was full blast... Reception was friendly. I would happily stay again when I'm working that way.」

「Clean room exactly as described, and the breakfast was great! A little disappointed that the pool was under refurbishment so we couldn’t use it (and we weren’t made aware beforehand) but it’s something to look forward to next time! Parking was a £7.50 for overnight which was fair, but would be a bit expensive if staying for multiple nights. Location was great for access to the centre - would recommend.」

「The rooms overall were very clean except for the carpet which was nasty looking. The hallways outside of the room were not very appealing nor was the building itself. Mostly the staff made up for this.」
