"The hot tub was very murky and honestly didn’t look clean at all. It was gross. The pool was clean. The water wasn’t very warm but it seemed clean. They definitely could stand to have a facelift all around the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The gym would do in a pinch. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was so friendly. They could stand to put some money into the property though. It needs it. "

"Staff was great. Expedia overbooked the type of room that I selected (double queen), but staff called me in advance and offered me 2 king singles across the hall from each other, which worked out great."

"Loved the place! Staff is so nice. The property is new so everything was modern and clean. Full- sized fridge and microwave were handy. My only problem is I checked in on a Thursday but no housekeeping during my stay. I checked out on a Monday. I even called. Special shout-out to front desk staff, Walter and Kevin. They were so helpful and nice. "

"No issues, place was clean. The air conditioner was a bit loud at times as other reviews have stated. I didn't mind, but my 4 year old hated it. She woke up in the middle of the night from the noise and made it very clear she didn't want to stay there for another night. "

"Our toilet didn't work upon check in. We were in a rush to get to our concert so we decided to let staff know about it when we got back. We were handed a plunger and told that would probably fix it. We explained to the front desk that we were sure a plunger wasnt goint to fix it, but we were written off. After the plunger didn't work(surprise surprise), we called the desk again. We were told maintenance wouldnt he in till morning and that the only thing they could offer was a king room. We had booked a double bed room for a reason. I explained that to the staff and was told that they offered a solution. Basically, we were stuck until morning to use the toilet in the lobby. Come morning, we find out that our issue wasn't even passed along to the day shift. We had gone down to ask them when maintenance would be available. We were told they would be up at 900. We left for our day a little after 900 and they hadn't been up yet. When we got back to our room later that day(around 500), the toilet still didn't work. I again went down to the desk at whcih time a different gentleman was very helpful. He got us in a different room with working facilities. It was somewhat of an inconvenience bc we were in a rush to get changed and ready for a show that evening, however, we were finally just happy to have a working toilet!"
