「Walked into the room I was given and the bed were messed up (it hadn't been cleaned). I new room was provided quickly, so that was good.
But came back a few hours later and keys no longer worked for the new room. The front desk person finally sorted it out, but seemed like it was an inconvenience or somehow my fault.
But it's fine for a budget hotel.」
「The staff was phenomenal. We had some personal issues when we arrived and they were extremely helpful at 2am. The motel is in the process of being renovated so it’s a little dated but everything looks clean and neat. We were reluctant with the negative reviews but the reviews were dated and the place is now under new ownership. I would highly recommend.」
「Expedia should drop the Rodeway Inn Brazil from their offerings. No one manned the front desk -- we had to talk to a Kiosk, to people who aren't even in the USA. The room was full of bugs, the toilet was wobbly, the whole place worn out and the crevices lined with mold or grime. The hanging rack was removed from the wall and there was no place to hang clothes or make-up bags. We saw a bug trap under the sink, and at night we had to kill roaches, then inspect everything we brought in to make sure...
「I forfeited a 7 day upon arrival to actually see the full room.Bed bugs, slick loose flooring , broken glass all over the bath area, leaking faucets pests crawling in and out the space underneath the door, broken light fixtures…Just a TERRIBLE hotel/ suite/studio whatever they advertise it as ! AVOID! No return on my deposit either!」
