I didn’t even bring my suitcase in because I didn’t want to pick up any bugs that might have been there. There was a nice family restaurant across the street. That’s the only good thing about the place. The family running it was very sweet but a little hard to understand

Great Roadside Inn With Updated Kitchen

I extended my stay with the property directly. It’s clean and quiet. The family that owns. It really cares about the property and definitely is doing their best. The kitchen is very nice and the microwave is fantastic. Oh brand new full-size refrigerator, freezer kitchen sink and stove top. It’s very large so you can actually cook decent meals. The bathtub is very large for soaking and there was little to no traffic noise. Since my husband’s passing, I’m a single female traveling alone and I often don’t feel very safe, but I felt very safe here and I was not concerned about my car and it’s been one of the better places to get rest at. Air conditioner and heater worked great and I was here during a big rainstorm. Nothing leaked no problems lost power and I’m pretty sure that the generator came on. And this was like a storm of the century. The flooring is nice and I believe pets are on approval. My service dog was very happy here. He’s a legit ADA dog and they gave me no hassle about him. Oh great lighting too and no bugs. Don’t let the fact this is a suburban Studios and suite scare you off if you’ve stayed at some of the others, there’s absolutely no bugs here. I understand I was a little worried at first too because of my experiences with some others by this brand, but this one is absolutely spotless.

STAY AWAY!!! YOU BEEN WARN! ok first off you do not get greeted with a person, but like a robot machine??? I dont use machines but it said i could not get a refund when i asked??? I pay to be greeted by a smiling person! Boogers was wiped on the walls, there was also sewer flies 😳 coming up thru the drain pipes in the tub , so i had to cover the drain to keep that from happening, i assume the drain must be busted somewhere in the ground , WARNING, about the Hot water in the shower , it has to be set over 200 plus, it starts out warm then after several minutes later you will be red from major burn, the good part , area seems to be safe , clean bed and pretty comfie, has a tv, and fridge ,and stove , and kitchen sink , ac, and heat, restaraunts in walking distance.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Yes, they gave us a different room, but it was not much better and since there were no other rooms available in the area was stuck with a filthy room. Went to the local Walmart and go vacuum and items to cover the bed spent $108 on top of already paying for room just to make it sleep able. Never again will I stay anywhere near this place.

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Building in poor shape, bath tub was so bad that we hated to even get into it. They do absolutely nothing for you, no cleaning and they make you bring dirty linens back to office and you pick up clean ones there and well the towels smell bad. They do not clean rooms at all.

"Suburban studios" branding seems intended to represent business studio you're accommodations, but this is a straight up strip type motel. Minimum upkeep means safe and clean but dingy. The was a full sized fridge, which is nice.

Cockroaches on walls. Was given the wrong room at first and when we got to the correct room (2 double bed suite), it sounded like someone was being assaulted a few doors down. We did not feel safe staying there with our two children. We left immediately. I dropped the key off at the front desk 20 minutes after checking in, and they would not refund. They charged full price and we did not stay there due to bugs and danger.

The siding on the outside is rotting. The bathroom had decayed areas. Are refrigerator had been removed from the entertainment center and the space was left very crude. We booked a room with 2 beds are were given a room with 1 bed. We immediately took the key back to check- in and said we wanted a refund, we would not be staying. The clerk said to call Hotels.com. I did a chat with Hotels.com, and they indicated that no one answered the phone when they tried to contact Suburban Suites.

The A/C was sporadic with it continuously surging up and down. The bathroom was pretty horrific: the tub constantly streamed water out of the nozzle regardless of how tightly we tried turn it; there was a live cockroach in the floor: the inside of the tub was so deeply marred and appeared to be uncleanable; there was unidentified gunk in the corners of the room; the bathroom walls had hundreds (1,000s?) of dark spots spread across all of them which very well might be black mold - probably from the constant dripping of water! The mattresses were both thin old-fashioned innerspring. It was not a comfortable stay. Thank goodness it was only one night!!
