We booked the room via Expedia. When we arrived the parking lot WREAKED of smoke. Couldn't get up to the doors without choking from smoke. The outside walls has plaster missing up under the air conditioning units. We knew we couldn't breathe through the night and everything looked sketchy. So we drove away as we knew they couldn't refund us as we paid through Expedia. Hope there is a way to get refunded from Expedia.

The kitchen area was a little dirty and it could really use a remodel, but it was comfortable and quiet and definitely cheaper than other accommodations in the area.

I forfeited a 7 day upon arrival to actually see the full room.Bed bugs, slick loose flooring , broken glass all over the bath area, leaking faucets pests crawling in and out the space underneath the door, broken light fixtures…Just a TERRIBLE hotel/ suite/studio whatever they advertise it as ! AVOID! No return on my deposit either!

It won't let me put zero stars or i definitely would, cause hers the thing when we got there the lights were not plugged in the fridge was not plugged in and the TV remote could not be found. We did not spend much time in room cause we had stuff to do but, when we did decide to call it a night and go in and go to bed. That's when it went bad fast. I turned on the lights after plugging them in, just to find bed bugs crawling across the sheets. That's not ok ill never stay here again even if its free. Yall need to call an exterminater and get this taken care, instead of acting like its no big deal

The room was dirty, sheets were nasty, we had to sleep in one bed, and beg for towels to take a shower. The bath tub, was extremely dirty, used soaps still in the shower on the day of my arrival. We were told the housekeeper clean the room for extended guest on the second day room was never clean and sheets remained dirty. The shower water was cold, my stay was horrible. Oh not to mention we was given one face towel for two people. I never experienced anything like this. The health department should close this place down it is unsanitary. I will never stay there again. This is the second bad experience l had with using hotels with Hotels.Com

This was a tremendous place to stay! Most everything in the room was new: flooring, fridge, microwave, bed, sink. Well worth the price. I had three steps to get my bag and cooler into the room. Super convenient.

"Suburban studios" branding seems intended to represent business studio you're accommodations, but this is a straight up strip type motel. Minimum upkeep means safe and clean but dingy. The was a full sized fridge, which is nice.

I didn’t even bring my suitcase in because I didn’t want to pick up any bugs that might have been there. There was a nice family restaurant across the street. That’s the only good thing about the place. The family running it was very sweet but a little hard to understand
